In case any of my church people need me to clarify about what I said about the Bible, I'll do that. I do believe in the Bible, myself, first of all. God created the Earth, and a male and a female--and He said His work was very good.... Then afterwards, sin came into the world....
In Romans 9:20, it talks about complaining against God.... I don't completely understand the situation but it's some kind of spiritual reasoning, it seems.... In Galatians 3:28, it says: "There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus." It doesn't really mean that male and female are done away with, but it's just emphasizing we should all live for God.... Is that fair to say? But the distinctions of life don't really matter as much, after Jesus came to the earth and died for us. Can I say that? [Did the apostle Paul also say that it was good to be single, if possible, as he was? Concentrate on serving the Lord.]
Before a Christian person accepts a sex change, I believe they should explore all their other options.... And as I said, parents could talk to their under-age children.... If people still can't find help and they want to insist that they belong to another gender, who am I to object? [And parents could assist their child in dealing with the professionals....] The advice of experts is that if the change begins earlier in life, it works better.... So, if the family would accept this matter and show as much support as they can after the change.... Do their best with what's available....
[For the record, I'm glad I'm a woman and had a child. It was a miraculous thing and a wonderful experience.... My romantic life has been kind of in shambles, in the past 20 years and more; but I had love before then.... There's the love of family and friends, also. And I'm trying to get my work accomplished, of course--resolving the special police project--which isn't only my work.]
