There Was A Conflict-of-Interest, Part 3

Continued from post above.

One thing that happened was that I received a rather stern letter from another man who I was led to believe was a superior of the first man....  He made some mistakes in what he told me about my business and it seemed to me that he was unnecessarily interfering in my life...?  He also told me he had my personal letters at his office, which wasn't where I sent them....

After receiving the second man's letter, I attempted to deal with it by various legitimate means but nothing seemed to help.  So, I wanted to get the first man's attention and I sent a letter with sexual comments as a joke....  As people can imagine, that letter wasn't well-received....  Some further incidents went on from there in an attempt to apologize for the indecent letter...and I got arrested.... [There was actually some more to this matter on the side of this individual and I'll explain it below....]*

Have had some restrictions placed on my writing in the past and I've wanted to be careful of what I wrote in public....  [For the record, I also have three different pieces of evidence to support my claims in this blog post.]  But I felt that I could write these things now, and I hope it'll help some people understand better.

*NOTE:  It's my belief that this man and I were set up to meet by the secret police; and his complaints against me were partly real but they were partly false because, loosely speaking, it was wanted for me to be under a false criminal conviction to have time to write for the secret police project, which I've been explaining about in my Waterlily blogs....  For more information, people can look over my blogs....

NOTE, added on June 12, 2019:  Have been writing more about the adjudicator in the past week or two....  I believe I've made some appropriate amends for the joke, sexual letter and I really hadn't been thinking clearly when I sent it; and also, I've acknowledged I must've made the adjudicator nervous by sending personal letters with business comments....  Am sorry I did these things....  I still believe we were set up to meet by the secret police, directly or indirectly, however I now believe the complaints made by the adjudicator against me were real--in his mind....  (There was an action by another party which was intended to contribute to a false, criminal conviction, I believe....)
