Two Sides of the Coin...

Note about the Labels, 2023:  Many of my posts have been deleted earlier because they were out of date.  The posts under the New Insight and No Insight Labels aren't significant any longer, as far as I'm concerned, but the blog site isn't allowing me to make changes to the Labels unless I delete the posts individually and permanently.  I don't wish to delete all the affected posts, including this one....

PERSONAL LETTERS WHICH WERE [UNFORTUNATELY] CONNECTED TO THE LANDLORD/TENANT MATTER. They say it's better to keep business and personal matters separate--and keep them as far away as possible, especially if there's a controversial business matter going on!!! Even if they're not intended to be mixed together, it's possible for others to do so.--They can easily gain an advantage, if they're in a position to! [Oh, yes, I know about it.... Not to blame any particular individual.] *** My personal letters kind of became "community property" at the government agency where they were [unfortunately] sent to! Have written somewhat about this matter earlier, in this blog. And just now, I've remembered another issue in the letters which likely caused friction [for any number of people]. The issue was that I stated I had become interested in attending law school to become a lawyer! *** In 2000/2001, a movie "Legally Blonde" was produced and released. It was about a young woman who first decided to go to law school to impress her boyfriend! [Fictional story, of course.] In my case, I certainly wasn't meaning or trying to impress anyone--I just had a serious interest for many reasons, which came to a head at the time.--And my interest wasn't directly connected to the landlord/tenant case, for the record! [Since then, I've had a lot of help from lawyers at legal clinics and from the Ontario Human Rights Commission. I didn't need to have a lawyer and didn't need to be one, for that purpose!] *** Will be discussing the above matter, about the law school comments, with my official sources. There are some legal restrictions on my writing, which I have to abide by, also. But again, would like to emphasize that nobody should jump to any conclusions!--There were many parties involved in my concerns, at the time, and many of them still seem to be! [There are new ones, if they're not all the same.] *** There have been numerous concerns about discrimination, if not sexual harassment. [And I have some legal action in progress, at this time.] With broad laws around these types of points, it may be possible to make a case--or some parties will be negotiated with to help them understand more clearly! [Sometimes people do wrong without realizing it!--You never know--there are all kinds of issues which come up! And I'm not blaming any particular individual, as I've said.] This is actually a complicated matter--lots of details to be addressed!
