The Supreme Court abortion case in the United States involves the previous, landmark Roe v. Wade case from 1973.... This case allowed abortion for all women in the first trimester of pregnancy on the grounds of privacy in healthcare. The moral issues weren't discussed, as far as I know? And I believe that's the reason the Supreme Court might overturn this decision...? It'd generate a lot of debate but maybe some confusion too? I'm hoping the Court will leave the landmark case alone....
