Summary for New Readers

This blog has been mostly for police and firefighters and some civilian associates, and some interested observers, regarding a special project....  Many of the first-responders are gay or bi-sexual and there has been a lot of competition between the different parties.  When they first began, the project was almost seen as a war--against unfair practises and standards against homosexual people--and there were all kinds of complicated schemes and strategies in place.  I was railroaded to help, if I may say, even though I'm a heterosexual.... 

There was a plan to go public at some point and I'm trying to push for that in the near future, if possible....  It seems the competing parties didn't even know all that the others were doing, so there's been conflict....  I'm working and praying that we'll all be on the same page soon.

They Were Jealous and Insecure?

There was an old, black-and-white movie which I only saw the last part of....  I have no idea what the title was?  But at the end, a man and a woman became a couple and they received a big pile of money from somewhere....  I've said before that the police project was started in the 1930's, and I believe this movie was connected to it.

There was a different, old movie called "Renfrew of the Royal Mounted," which I also believe was connected to the police project....  In this movie, a young officer named Sergeant Renfrew was involved in accusing a young woman...and by the end of the film, the two had become romantically involved....

After money was starting to be earned successfully in the police project, I think the gay men involved became jealous and insecure...and they wanted to MAKE SURE there wasn't an opposite-sex romance in the police project, with the couple taking all the money...!?

This is probably the main reason why the complainant and "The Irishman" were told that I was gay, in my opinion?  The police wanted to make sure that we'd never become romantically involved!  Both of these men have been associated with the police project for a good 40 years or more, and that's a long time....

In the first film above, I don't believe they wanted to show what WOULD happen, but it was an "opposite" story showing what they NEVER WANTED to happen...!  And the police project has done a good job.  Maybe they wanted to "give me a run for my money" also, as the expression goes, on the subject of homosexuality.  But the police project has successfully prevented any romantic entanglements, if there was a danger of them....

As far as the payments go, I believe the money has been, or is being, divided among various police and civilians, including myself.  It's not all going to one person.  So, I hope and expect everything will be settled fairly....

The Persecuted Become the Persecutors...for a little while

 It has happened in history that when a group of people was persecuted, they later began to persecute the persecutors when they had an opportunity to do so....  

It seems the complainant was misled about my sexual orientation from the beginning and it was supposed to be his job to get me to come out in public....  There was also an issue about breaking down the restrictions of the conservative churches....  I've taken a stand by saying they've followed me for over 20 years, and they haven't been able to show that I'm gay--it's because I'm not.  And I can speak at least for my own church that they're not going to change their beliefs against the practise of homosexuality.

There's a movie called "Trading Places" from several decades ago....  I believe I've mentioned it before in the third Waterlily blog....  In my opinion, it's a symbolic story, and the police project has wanted me to be treated like a harassed gay person...but they knew that things would work out all right in the end...!?  

The complainant and others have had their fun trying to influence me....  I consider this work to be somewhat frivolous....  But other police parties have done more serious work [and I've helped them] and they haven't come forward yet....  The complainant and his associates don't know what they've done and I'm not sure if they even believe me or not?  The other parties may be in a minority?  Maybe they wanted me to resolve all my personal and so-called criminal matters...?  

The police project wanted to use the complainant and the criminal matters for their purposes...and the complainant and his friends might feel foolish when they find out...?  But I've said that I'm willing to pay some financial compensation to the complainant if I get my full pay that was told to me verbally by a certain police force in 2014 [they told a third party].  I don't admit to any criminal problems towards the complainant but I know now that he honestly did feel harassed by some of my past actions...and I've benefited from the police project in ways that he's not yet aware.  

My computer time is very limited but I'm trying to say what I can in a short time.

He Had His Views

 In this past lockdown, we've been discussing some things privately again....  And in September 2017, I wrote some posts in this blog about the complainant in the criminal matters, who used to be an adjudicator with the former Ontario Rental Housing Tribunal....  I said that he'd had a conflict of interest in my Landlord/Tenant matter....  He was an adjudicator in good standing, yes.  And the Tribunal had no rules which involved his conflict of interest....  But he was an independent "court agent," who didn't belong to any professional association as far as I know, and he had no professional standards to follow--unlike the lawyers and paralegals who practise law in Ontario....  So, he seemed to be unaware that he had a conflict and that he should've removed himself from my case--even though there were other adjudicators already working on my case after I filed the first review request....  

Considering that the complaint had the conflict and didn't recognize or didn't admit it, it was plausible that he had certain views about my personal letters and the joke sexual letter....  It seemed to him that I was using the personal letters and also the joke letter to petition him about the Landlord/Tenant matter....  And when I had mentioned in a letter that I had an interest in going to law school--it was just an item of interest--he saw it as a threat against him and/or my landlady....  Okay, so I can see his point of view....  He felt harassed and distressed, and he was also married at the time--which I didn't know....

On my side, I had misunderstandings about his personal and flirty comments which he'd made towards me earlier...and I'd asked him in a letter if he was married and he didn't say he was....  It was a very complicated situation.  I acknowledge that I made mistakes--and I've acknowledged it in the past....  Maybe I have a little more understanding now....  [And as a married man, the complainant never wanted any personal letters from me....  He had other purposes for his flirting, which people said later that he flirted a lot with others....]

There seems to be a group of police who are still going around talking to people who know me about my joke sexual letter.  They're stirring up problems....  Not all the parties in the police project have received the same information, unfortunately, and maybe we can't always blame them for their actions...?  [Although we want to get things resolved as soon as possible....]
