He Made a Difference

The life of John Forbes Nash, Jr., and the movie, "A Beautiful Mind" raise a lot of questions around the use of psychiatric medications! Apparently, the film differed from the original biography on that point. An Internet write-up links to an article from a reputable American newspaper which discusses research and experience from a number of trusted sources, including the World Health Organization and Harvard University. *** John Nash was a genius mathematician who suffered from schizophrenia during part of his life. He made efforts to recover; and he won a Nobel Prize and other awards. He also received honourary doctorate degrees. *** Myself, I don't agree with diagnoses which have been made against me in the past 4-5 years; but IF I had a problem, there would be legitimate and scientific arguments against taking the medications offered [or attempted to be forced], in my opinion.
