The Overall Picture

Have said in my previous post below that the criminal matters were the most important thing but there were actually three major issues.  There was the landlord/tenant matter, there are the gay issues, and there are the criminal matters....  All of these have been quite significant to deal with.  And we're preparing for publicity....  [Questions about my life and childhood, along with the support and testimony of the "Irish boy" have been secondary....]


Even though there's one part of the criminal matters that MIGHT'VE been human error, I'm going to take the position that certain police knew I was being prosecuted falsely and it's within their power to help....  They've also taken a solid step towards admitting liability in the past.--It's just that they weren't willing to settle at the time....  And now, I believe I've written everything I can--about the criminal matters and about the other topics....  Short of wandering along cow paths and cow pastures, so to speak....  And if the police need some time to think about things, that's fine.  They can take their time.... 

One Question Answered

Have answered one concern, as I said, which was brought up by a particular police group,
but I've decided it's not worthwhile to respond to various individual police agencies with
their miscellaneous concerns....  It's not productive....  These police are missing a lot of
facts about me, which have already been explained elsewhere; and the biggest issue is the
criminal situation....  Right now, I'm just waiting for the police who I believe were involved
in prosecuting the charges falsely--without giving me a proper chance to defend myself....
If they're going to step up, it'll make a difference; and they admitted some liability in the
past....  [Nothing official in writing so far, however....] 


If the parties need some time to think about my writing about the criminal matters, which
I did in kind of a private blog, then that's fine.... 


Don't know if we'll get anything settled by Christmas--it would be nice!--but whatever
they can do would be appreciated...! 


[If some police purposely interfered with the evidence in the criminal matters, then it
would make a difference--unless if the problems were caused by human error...?--In
the case of human error, it might be harder to get anyone to come forward...?  We'll see...?] 

Definitely Plan B!

Yes, so we're working on Plan B!  It might be a month or so yet...?  Give or take a little!

The private writing which I do in another place on the Internet is kind of like a private blog....  It's not open to the public and is only for certain parties....  We've still been discussing some matters quite intensely and I don't know, but it's possible we won't be ready in time for this Halloween....  But the other work that I wanted to do, after Halloween, was to resolve this business regardless of the time frame....  My business around the gay issues has already been settled, in my opinion, so it's just some other business issues and my criminal matters which are in question....  We're working!  And we'll keep going--hopefully not for too much longer, if we go past Halloween.... 

Am Still Working...

Have been doing some private writing and there have been issues to discuss about the police business....  Am not able to reveal everything in public.  Just wondering if we're going to be
ready in time to make an announcement by this Halloween???  I'm not sure and it's not up to
me...!  Guess we'll keep working for a few more days and see what happens...?

The Time is Now...--part 2

If the police and firefighters don't act in time, I have some other plans that I'm going to work on....  [Am not going to share my plans here....]

The Time is Now...

Will repeat again that I've had ideas which would make the official movie the best plan for both the "black" side and the "white" side.  There's nothing better that we could do for publicity, in my opinion, except of course to have a news conference announcing what's going on....  If the police didn't already have a successful plan for the movie, I've given them ideas which I believe would help.

So, at this time, the police and FC need to be preparing for the news conference.  And they need to be seriously sharing their information with each other....  My own work is pretty much done, as far as I know.... 

All I can do is pray that people will get the encouragement and information they'd need from the film and the news conference--and that the parties will accomplish them in a timely manner....
