Appealing To The Prejudiced

From what I've heard, there've been police and firefighter parties in the United States who were prejudiced against the secret police project for different reasons....  If the other police and firefighters know who they are, I'd like to ask them to encourage the prejudiced ones to read my blog, at this time.  Also, some officials at my church in the USA may be prejudiced and I'd like them to be contacted as well, if they've had regular police contacts...?  They could read and consider my pamphlet and the two posts for my church and other conservative churches....

It seems that the rest of us pretty much agree that this latest information in my blog is sensible.  If it's possible, we'd like for the prejudiced parties to support us....  If they decide not to support us, we'll probably move on without them...but we'd prefer to have their support, as far as possible....

We'll give the prejudiced parties a little bit of time to deal with this matter....  (They say it normally takes a person only two to three weeks to change their thinking or change a habit....  It doesn't have to take long.  But we'll give people some time.)

Reading My Pamphlet

Was able to get something scanned, after all....  (Had to go to a different library--am using library computers.)  If you click on the document, it'll enlarge and it can be read more easily.  I hope that people might get some benefit from this.  (The entire document will show up when it's enlarged....)

Also, there's a new post that went onto the second page of this blog....  People have to click on "Older Posts."  Thank you.

My Pamphlet Explains My Views on Helping Gay People

Have written a pamphlet for my church, and other interested parties, about "Showing Compassion and Mercy Towards Homosexual People."  I wrote it a number of years ago and have made a few additions sometimes, including one today....   Would like to upload it onto this blog but I'm having trouble....  If I'm not able to post it today, people are welcome to ask me for a copy and I could mail/email it to them....  Sorry for this problem.  Will keep trying but am not sure if I'll succeed...?

For the record, today's amendment to the pamphlet says, "Would like to state separately and emphasize that I believe the church shouldn't speak publicly--to any public audience--against gay marriage.  It doesn't solve anything and only offends people  unnecessarily."

One More Issue...--Part 2

Would like to be clear that I don't expect the church to CONDONE gay marriage at any time....  The church views the practise of homosexuality as a sin; and sin is sin.  That is the church's view and it's the reason they don't accept gay marriage within the church.  However, I'm asking that the church could RESPECT the choice of some gays OUTSIDE of the church to marry....  And if in the natural course of events we're in a position to reasonably provide a product or service, or some other legal obligation to a gay couple we shouldn't refuse to do so.  We should comply and be gracious, in my opinion.

Furthermore, I think the police and their civilian associates would like the conservative churches to refrain from making comments in public against gay marriage....  I'd appreciate it if the church would take their time and consider this matter....
