A Health Concern--Part 2

The test for my eye was postponed for a couple weeks...so I'll have to wait longer to get the final diagnosis....  In the meantime, am trying to take the best care of myself that I can and maybe the test will show up better with more time...?  I can hope [and pray]!

When I get this test done, I won't actually see the eye specialist on the same day....  The test is done by a photographer who'll take pictures of my eye....  [They inject some dye into my bloodstream first....]

Tough Decisions...

At this point, my eye specialist has already recommended a treatment which she thinks might help...but it's possible the side effects of the treatment can be worse than no treatment at all...!!!  As far as my general health goes, I've had the opinion recently that I'm at risk just from the effects of the psychiatric medication that's been imposed on me....  There's been lab tests done....  So, if the specialist decides that treatment is definitely recommended for my problem, I've been planning to decline....  I'd rather make do with the sight I have...and I'm trying to help myself by natural means, for what it's worth...!?  Am also encouraging some of the police, in particular, to make a settlement with me....  There was a specific group who had attempted to settle earlier....  Our negotiations had broken down, at the time....

If the above police--or any others--would settle with me, I could probably adjust or eliminate the psychiatric medication and that'd help....  However, I still don't think I'd want to have any eye treatment, according to what's been suggested....

My Health

Besides getting my medical and psychiatric care, I've always tried to use healthy habits as much as possible....  Of course, I've done better in some areas than others....  My church also promotes health....  There's a Weimar Institute in California, www.weimar.org, which is independently owned by members of my church and they've done a lot of research....  There are new owners there now, but earlier the government had asked them to document what their success rate was for all the guests that went through their lifestyle program....  The program included a healthy, vegan diet....

The results of the research were that about 50% of the participants were helped with major problems like diabetes and heart disease and high blood pressure....  And the results also showed that if any of the participants were angry, lonely, or isolated, the program didn't help them very much....  In other words, these participants followed a healthy program along with the rest of the group but they didn't get benefit....

In my case, I've been isolated by the special police project that was going on....  I wonder if it's possible for my health to improve much, at this point, unless the police want to come forward and disclose what's been happening...???

A Health Concern

About a month ago, I got a problem in one of my eyes and it seems to be quite serious....  My eye specialist wants to do one further test to confirm the diagnosis, as far as I understand...?  It's not looking very hopeful, at this point....  The test will be done in a few weeks.

Throughout the winter and continuing in the spring, I've had a lot of stress....  Am not quite past it yet....  Was wondering if the stress brought on my eye problem; and if there's anything I could do to get my eye to heal???  Anyway, I'm trying....

At this point, my good eye is compensating for the bad one....  My vision in the bad eye is poor or non-existent, in the centre of my field of vision....  I can usually see something around the edges but my use of a computer will be affected if anything happens to my good eye, and if my bad eye doesn't heal....

Have enjoyed and appreciated doing my blogging, including in my new nature blog....  Will continue as much as I'm able to, if God be willing [and if not, I'll have to accept it...].  At least I've been able to post a lot of information, so far; and hopefully it'll continue to be available for some time...?
